Job Title: Machine Operator

Kinetic Industrial is recruiting for a Machine Operator at a cable manufacturing company in Worsley. This is a permanent position with a rotating 3-shift schedule: 6am to 2pm, 2pm to 10pm, and 10pm to 6am.

Responsibilities include:

• Measuring and feeding raw materials into machinery
• Operating production line equipment, conveyor lines, and hoists
• Operating machine tools such as lathes and grinders
• Monitoring the production process
• Quality control to ensure products meet standards
• Operating pre-set moulding machines and adjusting controls
• Finishing products with protective coatings
• Assembling components into finished products
• Reporting equipment faults to maintenance
• Cleaning and basic maintenance of machinery and work areas
• Adhering to health and safety standards

Requirements:

• Experience in the cable industry (desirable)
• Attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Team player with good communication skills
• Proficiency in Maths and English
