A wood manufacturing company who supply products across the UK and beyond, are looking for an operative to join their team on the late shift. They are looking for someone that has a keen eye for detail and will take pride in their work, although machine specific training will be provided.

Salary will be flexible depending on experience level circa £30,000 and hours are 16:00-00:00 Monday to Friday. This start time can be adjusted slightly to suit the sucessful candidate.

Duties include:

• Operating CNC machines
• Working from technical drawings
• Working within a wood based environment
• Resolving any technical issues
• Performing basic machine maintenance as required

Key skills needed:

• Experience operating CNC machines
• Experience working within a woodwork environment
• Ideally have the ability to set up machines
• Ensuring high quality is maintained
• Be proactive and able to multitask

Due to the location of the company, your own transport is needed. This is a permanent role, subject to a 3 month probation period.
