Job summary

Driver Hire Manchester in the Bideford area is recruiting a Machine Operator to join a busy production team. You will be trained to operate a Nail Gun machine and work on a 40-hour week with a 1-hour lunch break, Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00.

This is a temp-to-perm role with full training provided and long-term career prospects for the right candidate. You should be physically fit, reliable and punctual, with a willingness to follow health and safety procedures and wear suitable PPE.

Qualifications

• Live within a 30-minute commute of the Bideford area.
• Physically fit and comfortable on your feet all day.
• Reliable, punctual and committed to good attendance.
• Full training is provided; prior manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
• Able to follow health and safety procedures at all times.
• Suitable PPE is supplied for this role.

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Machine Operator to join their busy production team in the Bideford area.

This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for someone who is reliable, hard-working, and looking for long-term employment with full training provided.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 08:00 – 17:00
• 1-hour unpaid lunch break
• 40 hours per week

The Role

The successful candidate will be trained to operate a Nail Gun machine as part of the manufacturing process. You will be working in a fast-paced production environment, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.

Candidate Requirements
