Overview

Aspired talent are looking for a Machine Operative to join our client in Warrington. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of machinery and be part of an innovative, forward-thinking joinery production team.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Operating a range of machinery including cross-cut saws, moulders, and return-end window board machines.
  • Producing timber components to exact specifications with a focus on quality and consistency.
  • Priming MDF components using manual or spray processes.
  • Using finishing equipment such as shrink-wrap machines to prepare goods for dispatch.
  • Carrying out safety and quality checks, routine maintenance, and changeovers.
  • Keeping work areas clean and safe in line with 5S and health & safety standards.
  • Recording production data and reporting any issues to supervisors.
  • Working collaboratively across the team and adapting to changing production needs.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment (ideally timber or joinery, but not essential).
  • Comfortable operating and setting machinery.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
  • A proactive, flexible team player willing to learn and adapt.
  • Good communication and basic record-keeping skills.
