Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd is looking for a Machine Operator for a manufacturing client in Longwell Green, Bristol. You will set up and run fast-paced production machines, loading materials and operating a die press to print and cut materials.

The role is temporary with potential to become permanent, offering 28 days holiday, a pension, and parking. Hours are Monday–Friday with a 7.45am to 4.30pm schedule and early finish on Fridays.

Qualifications

• Experience setting up and running production machines in a print or packaging environment.
• Able to load materials and operate automated machines safely.

Responsibilities

• Set up fast-paced production machinery including printing machines.
• Load materials onto machines and operate them.
• Run a die press machine to print and cut materials.
• Quality check finished goods.

We are recruiting a Machine Operator, for our manufacturing client based in Longwell Green, Bristol.

Working as part of a small team, you will have experience of setting up and running production machines, ideally within a print or packaging manufacturing environment.

Reporting into the Production Manager, this is a temporary position which could lead to a permanent role for the successful candidate.

Working in a busy and fast paced environment, duties will involve Setting up fast paced production machinery, including printing machines Loading materials onto machines & running them Running a die press machine to print and cut materials Quality checking finished goods This would suit someone who ideally has operated an automated die press machine (or similar), within a print or packaging envrionment.

This is a new role within their organisation and is part of their ongoing growth
