Job summary

Proactive Global in Oldham (Greater Manchester) is hiring a Machine Operator to support day-to-day manufacturing by operating production machinery, feeding materials, removing finished products, and ensuring output meets quality targets safely and efficiently. You will follow training and work instructions, perform visual quality checks, report defects, monitor output, and flag faults.

Keep a clean, orderly production area, complete basic production records, and work as part of the manufacturing

Qualifications

• Previous machine operating or manufacturing/production experience preferred.
• Good attention to detail and a quality-focused approach.
• Reliable attendance and timekeeping.
• Ability to follow instructions and work to production targets.
• Comfortable with a hands-on manufacturing role.
• Flexibility to work the required shift pattern, once confirmed.

Rate: £14.00 £16.50 per hour

Role overview
