Job summary

A leading company is looking for a Machine Operator with immediate starts available. You will undergo training and handle tasks such as operating CNC machines and performing quality inspections. This ongoing role offers a 4 on 4 off shift pattern with weekly pay starting at £12.26 per hour, increasing to £13.26 after 12 weeks.

Qualifications

• Previous factory work or machine operating experience preferred.
• Experience with hand tools or power tools is advantageous.
• Manufacturing and production background is a plus but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines, including running two machines simultaneously.
• Load automotive parts and perform quality inspection.
• Work to set targets while filing and grinding work.

Machine Operator

Immediate Starts

Ongoing regular work, regular - weekly pay

Basic machine operating - training will be provided - Working CNC machines, inspecting parts and grinding work

Days is working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern - 6am to 6pm - 4 days on 4 days off then 4 days on 4 days off

Pay starts at 12.26 per hour - increases to 13.26 per hour after 12 weeks

Brownhills area

Duties of a Machine Operator

• Will be operating CNC Machines - sometimes working 2 machines at the same time
• Loading automotive parts
• Filing / grinding
• Using power tools
• Quality Inspection
• Working to targets

Experience required for a Machine Operator

• Previous factory work / machine operating work
• Used hand tools / power tools an advantage
• Previous manufacturing and production experience an advantage - but training is provided

• Day Shift is 4 days on - 4 days off - Pay for days starts at 12.26 per hour - increases to 13.26 per hour after 12 weeks
