Key duties include reading blueprints, monitoring machines, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring safety and efficiency on the shop floor. A minimum of 2 years of experience is expected, with a strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Requirements:
