For training – Days – 06:00 to 16:00 Mon to Fri (4 days over 5).

Nights – 16:00 to 02:00 Mon to Thurs.

MPLOY is seeking a Machine Operator to work for a rapidly growing manufacturing business.

You will need to be able to work day shifts for a period of weeks for training, before transferring to long-term night shift work. This is a temporary to permanent position for suitable candidates.

You will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery, ensuring product quality, and adhering to safety protocols.

You will need to be able to:
• Regularly lift products and materials – be accustomed to manual handling
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions and perform repetitive tasks accurately
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals and deadlines
• Follow health and safety protocols and uphold the food safety culture of the business
• Maintain an organized and clean working environment
• Wear personal protective equipment as required
