Job description

Interaction Recruitment is looking for long-term production operatives for our client based in Coventry, CV6. Previous experience working within a manufacturing/production environment is required to be considered for the role.

Role Specifications

1. Shifts: Monday to Friday - 6AM-2PM / 2PM-10PM / 10PM-6AM (rotating weekly)
2. Hours: 40 hrs per week - Paid breaks & lunches
3. Salary: £14.45-£14.76 per hour (£30,800 per year)
4. Contract: Temporary to permanent
5. Overtime: Available with excellent rates.

Responsibilities

1. Safely operate cutting machines while adhering to safety regulations.
2. Monitor equipment and products to ensure all areas stay within tolerances and guidelines.
3. Responsible for the quality of products at all stages of production within the department.
4. Perform quality control, final inspection, and boxing of finished products.
