Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a Machine Operative near Old Leake. You will work 12-hour shifts on a 4 on 4 off cycle (7am-7pm and 7pm-7am), with £14.95 per hour. This temp to perm role requires own transport to site.
You will operate machinery in a food manufacturing environment, ensuring safety, hygiene and quality, setting up, monitoring, and recording production data. The ideal candidate has experience in a similar role and works well in a team. A CV is required.
Hours of work are 7am - 7pm / 7pm - 7am, 4 on 4 off shift system (12 hour shifts - rotating through days and nights). £14.95 per hour, temp to perm for the right candidate.
This is based near Old Leake - own transport will be required to get to site.
As a Machine Operative, you will play a vital role in our client's operations, ensuring the smooth running of their production processes by operating machinery and maintaining quality control, whilst also ensuring production targets are met within a clean and efficient workspace.
Duties will include sets up, operates, and monitors machinery to produce, process, and package food products efficiently. Ensuring safety, hygiene, and quality standards are met by cleaning equipment, checking product consistency, troubleshooting minor faults, and keeping accurate production records. Other duties such as boxing up etc will also be required.
The client is looking for someone with experience in a similar position within a food manufacturing company. They also want someone who will take pride in their work and who work well within a team.
