Job summary

Nicholas Associates Group Limited in the Elsham area is recruiting a reliable Machine Operative to support a growing food manufacturing production line. The role offers immediate starts, temp-to-perm potential, and training on machinery to ensure products meet high quality standards.

You will set up and operate equipment, monitor performance, handle raw materials and packing, while adhering to health and safety procedures and production targets. Own transport is essential.

MACHINE OPERATIVE

Working in partnership with an established food manufacturing business in the Elsham area, we are recruiting reliable and hardworking Machine Operatives. These roles offer excellent opportunities for individuals looking to build a long-term career within a growing production environment, with a pay rate of £12.71-£14.71 per hour.

Shift Pattern / Working Hours

• Monday to Friday

• 6:00am - 2:00pm

Or

• Monday to Thursday
• 2:00pm- 00:00am

Whilst this is primarily a Monday to Friday position, candidates must be willing to work occasional weekends during busy periods, including seasonal peaks and the Christmas period.

Start Date / Duration the Machine Operative role is a Temp to Perm position with immediate starts available. However, should you have a notice period with your current employer, we will work around this.

Job Description as a Machine Operative, you will play an important role within the production team, ensuring machinery operates efficiently and products are manufactured to the highest standards. Day-to-day duties will include:

• Setting up and operating production machinery

• Monitoring machine performance and product quality

• Loading raw materials into production lines

• Packing finished products

• Palletising completed goods

• Completing production records and paperwork

• Maintaining hygiene, quality and food safety standards
