Job summary

E3 Recruitment is seeking a Machine Operative in Silsden, near Bradford, to join a market-leading manufacturing company. The role offers training, on-site parking and a stable, long-term position with regular premium-rate overtime.

You will load, feed and operate machinery, conduct in-process quality checks and support other departments while maintaining high safety and quality standards. Previous production experience is helpful but not essential; transport links from Skipton, Keighley,

• Experience in fast-paced production/manufacturing/warehouse/order-picking environments is preferred.

Machine Operatives required to join a market-leading specialist manufacturer. This fast-growing, multi-million-pound business is continuing to expand and is looking to add to its team. Based in modern, state-of-the-art facilities, this permanent opportunity offers full training, regular premium-rate overtime, on-site parking and long-term stability within a growing business. What’s on offer to the Machine Operative

• £14.20 per hour / £29,534.37 per annum
• 2:30pm - 11pm, with regular overtime available at premium rates

• Previous production or manufacturing experience is advantageous, but not essential
• Experience within a fast-paced production, manufacturing, warehouse or order-picking environment
• Production Operatives, Machine Operatives, Warehouse Operatives, Order Pickers and candidates from similar backgrounds are encouraged to apply
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• IT skills would be advantageous
