Pilgrim's Europe is seeking an experienced Machine Minder to monitor and assess the production process of primary poultry products. You will work as part of a team reporting to the Operations Team Lead, ensuring setup and effective operation of process machinery to meet production targets and quality standards.

The role requires a good level of English, strong mechanical skills, and an interest in maintenance.

Descrizione del lavoro

We’re looking for an experienced Machine Minder/Machine operator to monitor and assess the production process of primary poultry products within required product and customer specifications and to tight deadlines.

As a Machine Minder you will be required to work as a member of a team of operatives (varying in size) reporting to Operations Team Lead. You will be responsible for the Set Up and effective operation of the process machinery in order to achieve production targets and quality standards.

Effective liaison, team working and interaction with other operatives and supervisory staff is fundamental.

Shift: Days : Monday to Friday 8:30-17.00
