Job summary

Pilgrim's Europe in Ashbourne is seeking an experienced Machine Minder to monitor and refine the production line for primary poultry products. You will set up and operate process machinery to meet targets and quality standards while working to tight deadlines.

You'll join a team of operatives reporting to the Operations Team Lead, liaising with colleagues and supervisors to keep the line running smoothly. A strong mechanical skillset and reliable teamwork are essential.

Job description

We’re looking for an experienced Machine Minder/Machine operator to monitor and assess the production process of primary poultry products within required product and customer specifications and to tight deadlines.

As a Machine Minder you will be required to work as a member of a team of operatives (varying in size) reporting to Operations Team Lead. You will be responsible for the Set Up and effective operation of the process machinery in order to achieve production targets and quality standards.

Effective liaison, team working and interaction with other operatives and supervisory staff is fundamental.

Location: Blenheim Rd, Ashbourne, DE6 1HA

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Shift: Days : Monday to Friday 8:30-17.00

Pay rate: £13.56
