You’ll learn through virtual day release with QA as the provider and contribute to digital transformation across Rail Infrastructure. Based in Chippenham, you’ll work with our Digitalisation and Innovation team to design modular architectures, automation, and data

Qualifications

• Achieved or on track to achieve two A‑levels in one or more subjects plus B in A‑level maths and at least 5 GCSEs grade 4+ including maths and English.
• Strong logical thinking, willingness to self‑learn and research, and a creative approach to problem solving.
• Ability to work independently, safely and responsibly; take ownership and drive change.
• Enjoy collaborating with others to find innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure digital decisions align with customer needs.
• Develop digital initiatives to improve passenger and freight experience.
• Drive the data strategy and develop innovative solutions for customer challenges.
• Provide infrastructure for broad adoption of new digital thinking across the business.
