Job summary

Newton Colmore Consulting is seeking a Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence engineer based in Cambridge to contribute to real-world Medical Devices and scientific projects.

The role requires a few years of ML/AI experience, a degree from a leading university in CS/ML/AI, and strong Python skills with knowledge of C++ and R a plus. Deep learning frameworks experience is highly advantageous.

Qualifications

• A degree from a leading university in Computer Science, ML, AI, or related field.
• Several years of experience in ML/AI.
• Experience applying ML/AI to real-world Medical Devices or scientific environments.
• Proficient in Python; knowledge of C++ and R preferred.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks.

• Develop ML/AI projects for Medical Devices and Scientific sectors.
• Mainly program in Python, C++, and R.
• Apply deep learning techniques to current projects.

Salary: £45,000 - 85,000 per year

Requirements:

• We are looking for someone with a few years of experience working in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
• We want someone who has applied their work to real-world environments and improved systems in the Medical Devices or Scientific fields.
• We require a degree from a leading university in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or another subject that covered ML or AI projects.
• Experience programming in Python, C++, and R would be useful.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks would be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities:

• We will be developing a number of different ML and AI projects for the Medical Devices and Scientific sectors.
• We will mainly be programming in Python, C++, and R.
• We will be working on latest projects that may require deep learning expertise.
