A global professional services organization is seeking an experienced M365 Lead/Manager to oversee its enterprise collaboration and productivity suite. This pivotal role within the Digital Services team involves hands-on leadership in managing and evolving Microsoft 365 applications, tools, and integrations across a large and complex environment.
The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise with strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and experience in delivering modern workplace solutions in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the technical lead and subject matter expert for all aspects of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Office apps, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and M365 administration tools.
- Oversee configuration, deployment, patching, and maintenance of productivity tools and third-party integrations.
- Lead a support team focused on third-line support and continuous service improvement.
- Manage global rollouts of new M365 features, including pilot testing, stakeholder engagement, training, and documentation.
- Support enterprise initiatives involving collaboration tools and digital workspace optimization.
- Collaborate with IT operations, security, and architecture teams to ensure service alignment with standards and compliance.
- Maintain and develop internal documentation, operational playbooks, and standards.
- Promote a service-focused culture emphasizing usability, resilience, and proactive support.
- Support environmental and sustainability initiatives through digital solutions.
Essential Experience & Skills:
- Experience in third-line technical support or engineering roles focused on Microsoft 365 services.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 platform administration and deployment.
- Proven success in delivering global solutions and leading enterprise projects.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools, web add-ins, and digital document platforms.
- Strong understanding of Windows environments, Active Directory, and cloud identity management.
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Office add-ins.
- Experience in complex, fast-paced professional or regulated environments.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills.
Desirable:
- Experience with automation and scripting for Microsoft 365 management.
- Knowledge of legal or professional document tools such as Litera, Templafy, or Adobe Acrobat Pro.
- Relevant Microsoft or cloud certifications.
