Job summary

Sword Group is seeking an experienced M365 Technical Project Manager to steer a major merger and integration programme. You will oversee M365 delivery across SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online and Power Platform, coordinating data migration, governance, security and applications workstreams within a large-scale tenant to tenant carve-out.

Qualifications

• Proven experience project managing Microsoft 365 in a complex enterprise environment.
• Experience with M365 migration, tenant migration/integration and platform consolidation.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online and Power Platform.
• Ability to manage dependencies across information management, data migration, security and applications.
• Understanding of information governance, metadata, permissions and retention principles.
• Experience with security/compliance capabilities and GDPR controls.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder engagement and delivery discipline.
• Experience working with third-party suppliers and internal delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead M365 workstream delivery with milestone tracking and RAID logs.
• Coordinate migration, readiness and cutover activities across workstreams.
• Produce meeting packs, minutes and project reporting inputs for governance.
• Deliver business readiness, adoption and post-migration stabilisation trackers.
