Job summary
La Fosse Associates is partnering with a large, highly respected organisation in the UK to hire a Technical Lead for Microsoft 365. You will design, administer, and continuously improve enterprise-scale M365 services, providing technical leadership across the business in a complex environment.
The role focuses on leading Entra ID, Exchange Online, hybrid environments, and governance, with a strong emphasis on security, reliability and collaboration.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years' experience supporting and administering Microsoft 365 environments.
- Hands-on experience with Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, SharePoint and Purview.
- Strong knowledge of MFA, Conditional Access, SSO and identity management.
- Experience with Hybrid Exchange environments.
Responsibilities
- Providing technical leadership for Microsoft 365 platforms across multiple tenants.
- Administration and support of Entra ID, Exchange Online, Hybrid Exchange and Intune environments.
- Managing tenant configurations, policies, security controls and governance standards.
- Supporting service architecture, technical documentation and platform roadmaps.
- Working closely with operational and engineering teams to improve service performance and reliability.
- Mentoring and supporting more junior team members.
- Acting as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
