Pinson TM Limited in the United Kingdom is recruiting Trainee and Qualified Traffic Management Operatives to join the expanding team. You will set up temporary traffic controls, manage flows at lights, and report matters to the site or operations manager.

Ideal candidates hold Lantra approved Traffic Management Qualifications, a Full UK Driving Licence (up to 6 points), and the right to work in the UK. Some roles may involve driving duties and on-site coordination to meet targets.

Competenze

• Lantra approved Traffic Management Qualifications.
• Be able to pass a Drugs & Alcohol Check.
• Right to Work in UK.
• Full UK Driving licence (with no more than 6 points).

Mansioni

• Setting up temporary traffic lights at roads required.
• Managing the traffic flow at the temp traffic lights ensuring the public abide by this.
• Reporting anything necessary to site or operations manager.
• Reliable and dependable with a good attitude to work.
• Being able to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings.
• Maintaining and remove traffic management within the required time scales.
• Setting up traffic lights.
• Assisting with the diversion of traffic.
• To ensure the team works in a safe and effective manner to achieve optimum output and to the required quality.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act at all times.
• Be aware and comply to the provided RAMS.
• To help with the unloading/loading of materials.
• Ensure safe working practices are followed as outlined in Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
• Reporting plant & vehicle defects.
