FM Conway is looking for a M1/M2 Traffic Management Operative to join our Traffic Light division based from our Hitchin depot, which is close to Stevenage, Hertfordshire. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis, with day shifts or night shifts available. As our M1/M2 Traffic Management Operative, you will work as part of a team to carry out a range of services including setting up temporary traffic lights, installing, maintaining, and removing traffic management. Joining FM Conway entitles you to a wide range of benefits, a competitive salary, and a weekend uplift of £10 per shift. Opportunities for overtime and night work are regularly available at an industry-leading rate.

What skills and experience do you need?
To be considered for this role, you should have knowledge of traffic management operation, hold a valid CSCS card, and possess at least one of the following traffic management tickets: Lantra, M1/2, M5, M6, 12AB Operatives, LTMO / TMF. You must also be able to read and interpret CAD traffic management drawings and be aware of and comply with the provided RAMS.
