Job summary

Compass Group UK is recruiting a dedicated M&S Instore Baker on a part-time basis (25 hours per week) to help ensure the smooth running of operations for a major High Street brand.

You will prepare delicious, high-quality food, serve customers, handle cash, and maintain Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards while representing a leading brand. This role offers progression opportunities within a company that values its people and rewards performance, with shift patterns 5 days out of 7.

We're currently recruiting a dedicated M&S Instore Baker to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in a major High Street brand on a part time basis, contracted to 25 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers
• Serving customers, ensuring they receive an easy and seamless personalised experience
• Being knowledgeable about the food service and helping customers with natural service
• Representing a major High Street brand and maintaining a positive brand image
• Handling cash and operating the cash register
• Complying with Food Handling and Hygiene standards
• Complying with Health and Safety regulations
