Job description

The Role

• Deliver a wide range of planned & reactive maintenance works at the Kingston student living sites.
• Provide initial response to all Reactive Maintenance requests during normal working hours and Out of Hours as part of the On-call Out of Hours Rota.
• Continuous monitoring and maintenance of mechanical systems, fittings and plantrooms.
• Attend to faults with domestic water supply & drainage systems, including resolving blocked toilets & drains.
• Conduct quarterly shower head & hose cleaning in accordance with L8 requirements.

You

• Suitable trade discipline qualification (minimum NVQ level 2 or equivalent).
• Ability to work to tight deadlines, under own initiative or through instruction.
• Computer literate with good organisational and administration acumen.
• Working knowledge of ACOP L8 desirable.
• Full UK driving licence.
