Welcome Break, part of the Applegreen Group, operates five sites across Northern Ireland. We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Manager to support our units, including Forecourt, Shop, Bakewell, Subway, Burger King, Costa, Chopstix, Lavazza, or Greggs.

Your role will involve supporting the Unit Manager in all aspects of running the unit—from people management to driving sales and profitability. This fast-paced role offers plenty of support and tailored training to help develop your career and progress into senior leadership roles.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in a supervisory or management role in customer service
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
• Effective people manager who motivates and leads by example
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Business-minded with a focus on profitable sales growth
