Job summary

Equans is recruiting a Mechanical & Electrical Supervisor to lead engineers and contractors on the University of West London contract. Your focus will be on supervising maintenance, compliance, and small works with an emphasis on mechanical services while ensuring health and safety and high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities include supervising reactive and planned maintenance, auditing assets and compliance, and providing excellent client service while liaising with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising mechanical and electrical FM works.
• Knowledge of statutory compliance and asset auditing.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholders.
• Strong focus on health and safety and quality delivery.

• Cover electrical supervisor duties during absence.
