Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong stock control and inventory skills.

• Confident with suppliers and site teams.
• Full UK driving licence preferred depending on requirements.
• Good IT skills including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day M&E stores operations.
• Receive, check and record deliveries.
• Issue materials to engineers and site teams.
• Maintain stock records; perform stock checks.
• Monitor stock levels; arrange replenishment.
• Raise purchase orders; liaise with suppliers.
• Coordinate deliveries to correct locations.
• Track tools and equipment; record issuances/returns.
• Check deliveries against PO and notes; report discrepancies.
• Work with project managers and procurement.
• Ensure proper storage per health and safety.
• Maintain delivery notes and goods received notes.
• Assist cost control; minimise waste.
• Comply with company procedures and safety regulations.
