ARC Group in Fulbourn, Cambridge is seeking an experienced M&E Static Engineer to join a busy facilities management team. The role covers day-to-day operation and maintenance of general M&E plant across a multi-building site, performing reactive and planned preventative maintenance to keep systems safe, compliant and operational.

You will coordinate and manage subcontractors, oversee two Fabric Technicians, liaise with clients and contractors, and ensure maintenance activities meet high

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive and planned preventative maintenance across the site.
• Manage and maintain general M&E plant and building services.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors working on site.
• Oversee and support two Fabric Technicians.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and other site stakeholders.
• Ensure maintenance activities are completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales.
• Assist with maintaining a safe, compliant and efficiently operated site.
