Job summary

ARC Group Worldwide is seeking a diligent Maintenance Technician to oversee day-to-day operation and maintenance of the site’s M&E plant, carrying out reactive and preventative work.

You will manage building services, coordinate subcontractors, support Fabric Technicians, and ensure safety, compliance and efficient site operation.

This role offers weekly pay, annual leave pro-rata, pension after 3 months, and access to training resources.

Job description

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the site s general M&E plant, carrying out both reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to ensure all systems remain safe, compliant and operational.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive and planned preventative maintenance across the site.
• Manage and maintain general M&E plant and building services.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors working on site.
• Oversee and support two Fabric Technicians.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and other site stakeholders.
• Ensure maintenance activities are completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales.
• Assist with maintaining a safe, compliant and efficiently operated site.
• Paid annual leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)
• Weekly pay with a 1 hour pay resolution guarantee.
