Job summary

Trevett Project Services in Manchester is seeking 3 experienced Site Supervisors to oversee live hospital projects. You will coordinate site teams and subcontractors, monitor safety, quality and programme delivery.

These roles are a minimum 6‑month contract with immediate start and £300 per day. Ideal candidates have a mechanical or electrical background, strong HSE knowledge and excellent stakeholder management within healthcare environments.

Qualifications

Experience as Site Supervisor or Site Manager.
Mechanical or Electrical background.
Experience in live hospital/healthcare environments.
Knowledge of health and safety legislation and permit-to-work.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
SMSTS or SSSTS certification.
CSCS Card holder.
First Aid at Work (desirable).

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day delivery of works in a live hospital environment.
Manage and coordinate subcontractors and site teams.
Ensure works are completed safely and in accordance with health & safety legislation.
Monitor project progress, quality and programme delivery.
Liaise with the client, hospital stakeholders and operational teams to minimise disruption.
Carry out site inspections, toolbox talks and maintain site records.
Ensure compliance with permit-to-work procedures and hospital protocols.
Identify and resolve site issues to maintain programme and quality standards.
