Job summary

MJP Solutions LTD is seeking a Mechanical Supervisor to join a hospital project, with a handover starting next Thursday. Initially shadowing the current supervisor, you will be introduced to site operations and then take full responsibility for supervising the mechanical installation works on site.

The role requires experience as a Mechanical Supervisor, valid CSCS/JIB card, and SSSTS/SMSTS certification, along with strong communication and organisational skills.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Mechanical Supervisor.
• SSSTS or SMSTS.
• Valid CSCS/JIB card.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Experience working on hospital or healthcare projects is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervising mechanical subcontractors and direct labour.
• Coordinating daily site activities to ensure works are completed safely and on schedule.
• Monitoring quality and ensuring work is carried out to a high standard.
• Liaising with the site management team, engineers, and other trades.
• Ensuring all health & safety procedures are followed.
• Reporting on progress and resolving any site issues as they arise.

Job description

MJP Solutions are looking for a Mechanical Supervisor to join a hospital project starting next Thursday.

This role is covering an existing supervisor. On Thursday and Friday, you will be taken around site and provided with a full handover to ensure a smooth transition. From the following week, you will take full responsibility for supervising the mechanical installation works on site. There is also the potential to secure further work beyond this assignment for the right candidate, due to performance.
