leaf HOSPITALITY is hiring a Groups, Conference & Events Sales Executive in Lincoln. You will manage group bookings, coordinate meetings and events, and build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

The role requires excellent organisational and communication skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, events, reservations, or hospitality is desirable.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage group accommodation, meeting and event enquiries from initial enquiry through to confirmation.
• Build positive relationships with clients, guests and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare proposals, contracts and event documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Conduct client showrounds and support sales activity where required.
• Coordinate event requirements and communicate details effectively with operational teams.
• Coordinate rooming lists, booking amendments and group requirements.
• Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries, maximising conversion opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records and booking/reservation information within hotel systems.
• Support the achievement of meeting and events revenue targets.
• Assist with reporting and administrative tasks as required.
• Help ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the booking journey.
