Job summary

Tilbury Douglas is seeking a draughting/co-ordination engineer to support a multi-disciplinary team in building services. Proficiency in Revit is essential, with experience in 2D drafting and 3D modelling to produce coordination drawings that meet local and national standards.

You will collaborate across disciplines, contribute to pre-construction safety planning, and strive to deliver designs on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Understanding of construction and mechanical/electrical engineering methodologies and sequencing.
• Proficient in REVIT, AutoCAD, MicroStation & ProjectWise editions.
• Skilled in both 2D drafting and 3D modelling techniques.
• Experience with Revit, Navisworks and BIM.
• Knowledge of COBie and generating schedules.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Produce models and co-ordination drawings that comply with local and national standards.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary team members.
• Contribute to pre-construction Health and Safety Plan, including risk assessments.
• Ensure technical content meets timescales and budgets.
• Work cross-functionally to meet project requirements and drive delivery.
