Tilbury Douglas is seeking a draughting/co-ordination specialist to support the team delivering draughting and co-ordination services within our Building Services division. Proficiency in Revit and experience in mechanical/electrical services is essential.

You will produce models and co-ordination drawings, work with multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure compliance with local and national standards. The role requires knowledge of COBie, Navisworks, and ProjectWise, and strong problem-solving with

Competenze

• Experience in the building services industry is essential.
• Proficient in Revit.
• Good understanding of construction and mechanical/electrical engineering methodologies.

Mansioni

• Produce models and co-ordination drawings ensuring compliance with relevant local and national standards.
• Work with all members of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Provide input to the pre-construction Health and Safety Plan, including risk assessments.
• Ensure technical content of all work is carried out in accordance with the agreed timescales and budgets.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure project requirements are met and drive efficient delivery.
• Participate in project reviews relating to design, progress, and construction to receive questions and challenges in a constructive manner.
• Proactively research, present and implement innovative new processes and ways of working to optimise output.
• Experience in mechanical and electrical services industry ideally but not essential.
• Comply with company standards which are based upon BS19650
