This full-time position offers a salary range of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum plus bonuses and benefits, including travel allowance and private medical insurance.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing large‑scale construction projects.
• Background in commercial project delivery, typically values around £50m.
• Good understanding of MEP works within the construction sector.

Responsibilities

• Managing commercial aspects of the project, ensuring cost efficiency and value for money.
• Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of project finances.
• Working closely with site teams to mitigate financial and contractual risks.
