Vincent Gurney Ltd is seeking a Quantity Surveyor (Mechanical & Electrical) based in Sittingbourne, Kent, with London project exposure. The role focuses on delivering commercial input across M&E projects, with regular site inspections and close collaboration with clients, contractors and consultants.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in M&E QS roles, proven M&E project experience, and strong negotiation and organisational skills to manage cost plans, valuations and progress reports.

• 5+ years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the M&E sector.
• Proven track record on mechanical and electrical projects.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

Salary: £80K - £85K (DOE)

The Role:

• Full-time role for a Quantity Surveyor within the M&E sector
• Support business growth and help expand the customer base across London projects
