Page Green is seeking an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor for Central London projects, with hybrid working options. The role focuses on managing project finances in the Building Services and M&E sector on schemes up to £20M.

You will bring proven QS experience in M&E, ensure cost efficiency, budgeting and forecasting, and uphold quality and compliance across refurbishment and fit-out projects. The successful candidate will report to the board and contribute to company growth with

M&E Quantity Surveyor, Central London (Some hybrid possible), c£85-95k + £full Travel and Benefits package - M&E sub-contractor experience. This is a key role within our client s business, and answers to the board. It is an exceptional opportunity for an established QS working on London Projects.

We're looking for an established M&E Quantity Surveyor with a proven background of experience working within the Building Services and M&E sector.

Your background and experience, together with an industry recognised qualification, will be well rewarded working on a variety of M&E packages of up to £20M.
