Job summary

NG Bailey Group Limited is seeking an experienced M&E Project Manager to lead multiple M&E projects within our Facilities Services division. You will manage projects from survey through to handover, ensuring safety, budget and quality targets are met while driving profitability and client satisfaction.

Reporting to the Projects leadership team, you will coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams, delivering competitive tenders and robust project plans across diverse

Qualifications

• Experience delivering multiple M&E projects across varied sizes and complexity.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and forms of contract.
• Knowledge of RIBA stages and CDM regulations.
• Proven ability to manage direct labour, subcontractors and supply chain partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple M&E projects from survey to handover.
• Develop and oversee delivery plans to meet programme, budget and quality targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Lead projects through RIBA stages from briefing to close out.
• Ensure SHEQ compliance and promote safety culture on site.
• Oversee procurement activities and subcontractor appointments.
• Review RAMS and ensure compliance with client requirements.
• Provide technical leadership across M&E disciplines and act as Principal Contractor when required.
• Prepare tender submissions and support bid teams.
