We are looking for an experienced M&E Project Manager to deliver construction and building-services projects across our Hard Services operation.
This is a hands-on technical project delivery role, managing projects from initial scope and design through construction, installation, commissioning and final handover.
The successful candidate must have strong experience delivering M&E and construction projects within Facilities Management, Hard Services or building services, together with practical working knowledge of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (CDM).
You will coordinate multidisciplinary works involving mechanical, electrical and associated building services, working closely with clients, designers, contractors, operational teams and commercial colleagues.
This is a construction and building-services Project Manager position and is not an IT, software or digital transformation role.
