In this role you will manage gas mains installations, service connections and meter positions, oversee boilers, HIUs, pipework and flues, coordinate with gas contractors and utilities, and ensure Gas Safe

Qualifications

• Experience working on new builds (M&E)
• History working with gas installations and maintenance
• Previous M&E work experience

Responsibilities

• Managing the installation of gas mains, service connections, and meter positions.
• Overseeing the installation of boilers, HIUs, pipework, flues, and heating systems.
• Coordinating utility providers, gas contractors, housing developers, and site teams.
• Ensuring compliance with Gas Safe regulations, IGEM standards, and building regulations.
• Resolving on‑site technical issues and ensuring quality standards are met.
