Location: Knightsbridge

Salary: £46,000 + Plenty of Overtime

Exciting opportunity to work for an established Building Services Company situated in Knightsbridge. The client seeks a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer for a commercial building. The ideal candidate will be experienced in commercial building maintenance. The role offers a competitive salary, overtime, and the opportunity to work at a flagship site for a leading FM Service Provider.

The candidate must be a fully qualified Electrical OR Mechanical Maintenance Engineer with C&G / NVQ level 2 & 3 and proven experience in commercial maintenance.

Duties:

• Perform daily PPM and Reactive Maintenance tasks
• Handle emergency callouts
• Electrical work including lighting, wiring, testing, alarm systems, BMS, and lighting systems
• Perform duties on toilets, drainage, tiling, and sinks
• Demonstrate knowledge of AHU, FCU, UPS, Generators, LV systems with fault-finding skills
• Lamp changes
• Emergency light testing

Requirements:
