M&E Multi Skilled Engineer - Knightsbridge

Location: Knightsbridge

Salary: £47,000 + Plenty of Overtime

Exciting opportunity to work for an established Building Services Company situated in Knightsbridge. My client is looking for a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer to be based in a commercial building in Knightsbridge.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in Electrical building maintenance. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified Electrician with C&G / NVQ level 2 & 3.

Duties:

1. Carrying out daily PPM and Reactive Maintenance tasks
2. Carrying out daily emergency callout tasks
3. All Electrical work including lighting, wiring, testing, alarm systems, BMS and lighting systems.
4. Will be required to carry duties on toilets, drainage, tiling, and sinks.
5. Engineers must be able to demonstrate appropriate knowledge of AHU, FCU, UPS, Generators, LV systems, which will include the ability to fault find.

8. Emergency light testing

Requirements:
