Qualifications

• Experienced M&E Manager with strong construction background in residential developments or large-scale buildings.
• Proven experience managing M&E packages and subcontractors.
• Strong ability to read and interpret M&E drawings and specifications.
• Good understanding of UK building regulations and health and safety requirements.

• Review drawings, specifications and technical information.
• Resolve design and coordination issues; manage RFIs and technical queries.
