Job summary

Trevett Project Services in North London is seeking an M&E Manager to lead the delivery of M&E maintenance projects (PPM, Reactive and Cyclical) within a live NHS hospital environment. You will report to the Contract Director and oversee all technical matters relating to plant and equipment maintenance, including existing equipment, new works and upgrade projects.

Job Overview

Working in a live Hospital, the M&E Manager will lead on the delivery of M&E Maintenance Projects (PPM, Reactive, & Cyclical) and Building Services Lifecycle Projects. Reporting to the Contract Director, the M&E Manager will also be responsible for the management and control of all technical matters relating to plant and equipment maintenance including existing equipment, new works and future upgrade works.

Qualifications and Experience

• You will be qualified in either Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience of managing multi-disciplined engineering teams
• Experience of working in a Healthcare or Hospital Environment
• Experience of managing a complex array of stakeholders
• Experience of BMS systems
• Ideally have IOSH or a Health & Safety certificate
