Are you a M&E Site Manager with a strong background working on new build residential projects? Would a 9 month contract working with a major UK developer interest you?

Applicants need to have strong experience working on handovers for new build residential schemes to manage testing and commissioning apartments across multiple floors and blocks in a development.

Job description

• Coordinate testing and commissioning part with all M&E contractors including electrical, mechanical, ventilation, lift and sprinkler.
• Manage and coordinate testing and commissioning across 2 blocks.
• Coordinate and assist technical team to update testing certificates in line with O&M manual portal (Createmaster).
• Quality checks on all test certificates.
• Chair site level testing and commissioning meetings with contractors.
• Coordinate clients COW and specialty commissioning engineers with sub-contractors.
• Manage client COW inspections and coordinate the matters with contractors and close the reports.
• Manage Cause and Effect test schedule.
• Assist QS to obtain relevant warranties and paperwork.
• Assist utility companies' queries and manage their finals.
• Ensure installations are to drawings.
• Control safety, quality & environmental activities.

Requirements

• Mechanical or Electrical background with minimum HND or NVQ level 6 or similar qualification.
• CSCS.
• SMSTS.
• Minimum 2 years experience as Assistant M&P manager for a residential project.
