Rubicon Consulting is recruiting a Mechanical & Electrical Construction Manager to deliver M&E installation on major projects across the UK. You’ll lead site teams, coordinate contractors, and manage programme, quality, safety and cost to ensure on-time handover.

This is a 6-month rolling contract with travel between various sites, including occasional commutes to Manchester and Newcastle. Emphasis on CDM, RAMS and quality control.

Formación

• Proj mgmt of M&E construction on large projects.
• Management of M&E subcontractors and interfaces across trades.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety legislation and CDM RAMS.

Responsabilidades

• Lead construction, installation and commissioning of M&E systems to programme and budget.
• Manage M&E subcontractors and suppliers, track performance and progress.
• Promote safety culture, review RAMS and permits, perform site audits.
