Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in an M&E commissioning management role.
• Strong experience on large-scale residential, commercial or mixed-use developments.
• Understanding of mechanical and electrical building services and the commissioning process.
• Experience managing M&E contractors and specialist commissioning teams.
• Strong knowledge of commissioning procedures, testing and handover requirements.
• Excellent organisational and programme management skills.
• Ability to identify issues, drive solutions and maintain progress against milestones.
• Strong communication skills coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive hands-on approach with focus on quality and delivery.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage the overall M&E commissioning strategy for the project.
• Develop, implement and maintain detailed commissioning programmes and plans.
• Coordinate commissioning activities across all M&E disciplines, including mechanical, electrical, public health, life safety and associated systems.
• Work with contractors, subcontractors, consultants and project team to ensure commissioning on programme.
• Review commissioning procedures, method statements, inspection and test plans and documentation.
• Monitor progress and identify commissioning issues or risks early.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning and IST as applicable.
• Ensure activities comply with specifications, statutory requirements and industry standards.
• Attend commissioning, progress and technical meetings as required.
• Manage resolution of commissioning defects and outstanding works.
• Ensure commissioning records, test certificates, and handover documentation are complete and accurate.
• Support the project through practical completion and handover.
• Promote a proactive approach to quality, safety and compliance.
