Job summary

Dornan Group is seeking an M&E Commissioning Manager in London to lead planning, coordination and delivery of commissioning across high-profile sites. You will oversee M&E commissioning activities, coordinating subcontractors and project teams to ensure systems are fully operational and handed over to the client.

Reporting to the project leadership, you will ensure tests, inspections and documentation meet project specifications and industry standards, while maintaining strong stakeholder

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all M&E commissioning activities to deliver fully tested and operational systems.
• Work closely with clients, subcontractors and project teams to support successful delivery of building services systems.
• Manage subcontractor testing and commissioning activities, including witnessing tests and reviewing documentation.
• Identify commissioning requirements, including specialist test equipment and resources.
• Support the preparation and review of Commissioning and Testing RAMS.
• Carry out quality inspections during pre-commissioning and commissioning stages.
• Coordinate commissioning activities with other trades to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Resolve commissioning issues quickly and address deficiencies in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate commissioning reports and documentation.
• Ensure all personnel involved meet required EHS training and safety standards.

The Role
