Job summary

Robert Hurst Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Commissioning Manager to oversee the commissioning of a major M&E package across two plots comprising 345 apartments, S&C distribution, amenity areas and office spaces.

You will manage the commissioning process from planning through to completion and handover, coordinate commissioning activities across mechanical and electrical systems, manage documentation, QA witnessing requirements, and report progress and risks to the Senior Project

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Commissioning Manager on large-scale M&E projects.
Strong mechanical bias with a good understanding of wider M&E systems.
Experience managing commissioning, witnessing and QA processes.
Strong organisational, communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee the M&E commissioning process from planning through to completion and handover.
Coordinate commissioning activities across mechanical and electrical systems.
Manage commissioning documentation, QA processes and witnessing requirements.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants and client representatives.
Monitor progress, identify issues and ensure commissioning programmes are maintained.
Report commissioning progress, risks and issues to the Senior Project Managers.
