Brookfield M&E Ltd in Bristol seeks an experienced M&E Commercial Manager to lead the commercial function across multiple projects, from pre-construction to final account, reporting to Head of Commercial.

You will manage a team of Quantity Surveyors, drive cost control, cash flow and client relationships on high-profile UK projects across healthcare, education and data centres.

Qualifications

• Experience in M&E or Building Services sectors.
• Knowledge of JCT Design & Build and NEC contracts.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Quantity Surveyors and Commercial staff.
• Oversee project budgets, cost reporting and CVR production.
• Produce accurate cash flow forecasts and revenue reports.
• Manage commercial risk across multiple live projects.
• Support and attend client commercial meetings.

• Drive best practice across the commercial department.

M&E Commercial Manager required, Our client a leading Mechanical & Electrical contractor delivering major projects across the UK are looking for a M&E commercial manager due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work, they looking to appoint an experienced M&E Commercial Manager to lead their commercial team from the Bristol office.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market-leading contractor delivering high-profile projects across the commercial, healthcare, education, residential, data centre and industrial sectors.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Head of Commercial, you will take full responsibility for leading the commercial function across multiple M&E projects, ensuring commercial success from pre-construction through to final account.

You will manage and mentor a team of Quantity Surveyors while driving commercial performance, maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring robust contractual and financial management throughout every stage of the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Quantity Surveyors and Commercial staff.
• Oversee project budgets, cost reporting and CVR production.

• Previous experience within the M&E or Building Services sector.
• Strong knowledge of JCT Design & Build and NEC contracts.

• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
